
The iconic Four Seasons Hotel project is a luxury hotel development situated on a fully landscaped, reclaimed island in the prestigious Bahrain Bay development. With its dramatic H-shaped design, the hotel provides guests with 360 degree views of the community and Manama skyline. The hotel is designed with two 202 metres tall towers (50 storeys) with 17 floors accommodating the guest rooms located between the towers. The lower multilevel podium houses public function rooms, spa and fitness centres, swimming pools etc.
Together with the service and support function areas. The project comprises overall 54,000 square metres of floor area with approximately 30,000 square meters of underground car parking.

The technical solution comprised of four track mounted BMU’s, All four machines are provided with glass replacement units for lifting weights of up to 250 kg. Also, there are approximately 500 metres of monorail, including self-hoisting suspended cradles and special trolleys, turntables to cover underside ceiling of the hotel building.
