OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The management of Dunbar & Boardman Partnership Ltd. is committed to the continual improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Management System, according to legal and other requirements, for Occupational Safety and Health, will be adopted as necessary to strive for the DBP, the ultimate objective of achieving an accident-free workplace.

To achieve this, clear guidance is given in the form of the Health and Safety management system which is designed to comply with the ISO 45001:2018 standard.

The Management and Staff of DBP are committed to:

  • Ensuring that our services meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets.
  • Ensuring the prevention of any impact on the environment resulting from our actions.
  • Complying with all relevant Occupational, Safety & Health legal laws and other requirements.
  • Identify the hazards (the potential for harm), assess the risks (the likelihood of that harm beingrealized) and manage those risks.
  • Maintain work equipment in a safe state and provide both safe systems of work and a safe workingenvironment for employees and all who work on our behalf.
  • Periodically review the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the OSH management system.
  • Strive to prevent any incidents, occupational illness or exposures which could cause harm to peopleand damage to properties and assets and the environment and maintain Emergency Plans to reducerisks and adverse effects.
  • Strive to achieve continual improvement of the OSH management system and related performance.
  • Prevent accidents and cases of work-related illness.
  • Enabling feeling of safety of employees, subcontractors, and visitors, considering the nature of workand real hazards that exist at every workplace.
  • Review the policy annually and to be made available for employees and the public.

These commitments will be achieved by:

  • Establish and maintain a documented Occupational, Health & Safety Management System (OSHMS)that will meet international standards within one year from this date.
  • Ensuring procedures, program and guidelines are in place to support the OSHMS.
  • Providing the necessary OSH resources for the implementation of the Management System.
  • Communicating the OSH policy and Objectives to relevant interested parties including its employees,stake holder, clients, and customers.
  • Setting, monitoring, and reviewing OSH targets and objectives.
  • Complying with regulatory authority requirements.

Dunbar & Boardman Partnership Ltd. (DBP) aspires to minimize its impact on our environment and maximize the effective use of resources. We strive to achieve this by enhancing communication and awareness of our efforts in accordance with this policy and fostering responsible environmental behavior among Employees, Clients and participants at all levels.
